No. USCIS Case Tracker is an independent app built by AMLabs Studio. It uses the official USCIS API to retrieve your case status, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USCIS or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Your receipt number is on the I-797 Notice of Action that USCIS mailed you when they received your application. It starts with 3 letters followed by 10 digits (e.g. EAC2490123456). It's also visible in your USCIS online account.
